Sotetsu Fresa Inn Naganoeki Higashiguchi

This place was super convenient and modern, located right in the middle of a shopping area. the great location was a huge plus 👍.

Freshly renovated building and rooms that showcase lovely Japanese decorations. the facilities here are top-notch, and the bed provided was really comfortable - had a great night's sleep! the service was exceptional too. 💫

Guest room with a larger bed was the best. Location: the hotel was next to good restaurants as well as the main shopping street.

Our rooms were functional and decent sized with 2 bedside tables and the main necessities provided, for example. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were very handy.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

Our room had a good layout with plenty of space to move around comfortably, and we really liked having the wake-up service available. 🌞

The room had central heating, a television, and a fridge, as well as an exceptionally comfortable bed. I loved the pleasant views of the mountains and the Japanese design. The hotel is in a marvelous and favorable location, perfect for those skiing in Hakuba. It's really close to the train station, with a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as Nagano Station and the bus terminal.

You can check in early here, and the staff is really friendly. the room is a good size with its own bathroom and a big comfy double bed. There's even a bar with cold drinks. the breakfast is tasty, with a great variety of food to choose from. 🥐 Great food selection overall.

had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was unbeatable, right across from the train station and close to bus stops for skiing & trekking. the room was quiet & comfy, and the spa bath on level 2 was a nice touch. also loved having a 24h 7-11 next door. exceeded my expectations!

This hotel is situated very near to the main station which is super convenient. You can easily walk to the hotel from the station within a few minutes. the location is perfect for exploring the area as it is close to many restaurants and shops. the rooms are big and very comfortable. the hotel breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from which was awesome!

We had a great experience at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Naganoeki Higashiguchi. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was just a short 10-minute walk from downtown. Our room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, a writing desk, and an electronic key card, which was a fantastic value for the price. We had no complaints and would happily stay here again when we return to Nagano.
